My name is Lindsay and I am a first time mom to a beautiful, precious, happy-go-lucky 6 month old baby girl. Emma is – queue cheese ball quote – the absolute light of my life. When she was born, one of the first things I said was “she is the puzzle piece I didn’t know I was missing”. I love her more than anything in this world.
But HOLY SHIT being a mom is HARD! I am the textbook definition of a type A personality. Everything has a time and place. Schedules. Calendars. Excel spreadsheets. You name it, I use it. Throw a baby in the mix and that all goes out the window. Insert anxiety here
My goal for starting this blog is to share my story with other parents. To share the reality of being a parent. All of the ups and downs, the easy parts and hard parts, the clean parts and messy parts, the happy parts and sad parts, the funny parts and frustrating parts.
